Handmade Nigerian Adire (Big)

Adire is a traditional beautiful handmade indigo-dyed fabric, popular in Nigeria. It is a versatile African fabric and may be used to make a variety of garments such as dresses, shirts, jackets and skirts, as well as a variety of other unique crafts, such as cushion covers, pillowcases, bags, earrings, bags and home decorations.

The Nigerian Adire is durable and does not fade easily. Also, we have the Adire Eleko which is traditionally made by applying starch paste. This is offered for sale by the yard (1 yard is 36 inches in length).
